Idaho Radon was contracted by the sellers of a property recently placed under contract. During the home inspection phase, the buyers conducted a radon test, which revealed elevated radon levels exceeding 4.0 pCi/L.     Upon being contacted by the sellers on a Thursday, Idaho Radon promptly assessed the property on Friday and completed the radon mitigation service the following Tuesday. The mitigation process included installing a 2,400-square-foot radon barrier to fully encapsulate the crawl space. A radon mitigation fan was strategically placed in the garage, with venting routed through the attic and exiting via a roof jack to ensure effective ventilation.
