This home initially measured radon levels between 3 and 4 pCi/L. The ground level consisted primarily of a 1.5-car garage and a 120 sq. ft. lounging room. The client expressed a desire to reduce radon levels as much as possible to create a healthier
indoor environment. Idaho Radon addressed this by installing two suction points that extended horizontally through the foundation footer from the exterior, along with a slightly oversized fan. As a result, the average radon level was successfully reduced to below 0.6 pCi/L.
