Photo Album: Sub Slab Depressurization in Eagle, ID
The property’s crawlspace covered more than 4,000 square feet. The mitigation project required a two-day effort with a three-person crew. The homeowner’s initial radon level averaged 3.2 pCi/L, which falls within the EPA’s “consider mitigation” range of 2.0–3.9 pCi/L. Given that the family has a young child and intends to remain in the home long-term, they chose to pursue additional reduction. Upon completion of the project, the average radon level was successfully reduced to 1.0 pCi/L.
