Radon Mitigation Photo Album: Sub Slab Depressurization in McCall, ID

The builder reached out to Idaho Radon for assistance in installing a sub-slab radon depressurization system. Prior to pouring the slab, we installed a perforated pipe to extend the pressure field from the suction point. During the framing stage, soil vapor venting was completed. The vent pipe was routed up to the attic, where the fan was installed, and the system ultimately vents through the roof.
