Radon Mitigation Photo Album: New Construction Crawlspace Encapsulation in Cascade, ID

A long-standing builder client requested the inclusion of a crawlspace encapsulation system for a new construction project. During the rough-in phase for electrical,plumbing, and HVAC systems, our team successfully installed and sealed a 6-mil vapor barrier within the crawlspace. Ventilation piping was integrated within the wall cavities,and the system’s fan was strategically located in the attic. This approach allowed for a fully concealed installation, eliminating any visual disruptions that would have occurredhad the system been added post-construction.
