During the home inspection phase of a real estate transaction, the sellers were notified by the buyer’s agent that the property tested high for elevated radon levels. In coordination with our client, we installed a sub-slab depressurization system, with the suction point located in a basement bedroom closet with the ventilation fan mounted on the exterior of the wall.
