During this time, the clients were in the process of adding on to their home, as well as remodeling.  After the majority of the work was completed, Idaho Radon installed a radon reduction system to address both the basement, original crawlspace, and the additional crawlspace added.

During the home inspection phase of a real estate transaction, the potential buyer's home inspector did a radon test and found elevated levels above 4.0 pCi/l. Idaho Radon installed a crawlspace membrane and installed an external radon fan to depressurize under the barrier.
