Idaho Radon Before & After Photos

A recent home purchase in McCall, Idaho included radon testing that revealed an elevated level of 9.5 pCi/L. The homeowner, a Valley County real estate agent, contacted Idaho Radon after receiving recommendations from other agents in her office who had previous experience with our team. After evaluating the home, we determined the foundation configuration would require multiple suction points to effectively address the radon levels.

Using the home's building plans, Idaho Radon identified ideal suction locations while accounting for multiple underground footers dividing the slab. We ultimately installed two separate mitigation systems—one system with a single suction point on the south side of the home and a second system with two suction points on the north side—to provide effective sub-slab depressurization throughout the foundation.
