Radon Mitigation Before & After Photos

Sub slab depressurization of a 2 story residence with a slab on grade foundation.

The client’s home includes a crawlspace. Although radon levels tested below 4.0 pCi/L, with an average of 3.8 pCi/L, the client expressed concern and a desire to further reduce the levels. Idaho Radon installed a crawlspace encapsulation system, with the mitigation fan located in the mechanical closet within the garage. Upon completion of the installation, post-mitigation testing confirmed radon levels were reduced to well below 1.0 pCi/L.

Basement mitigation on the east side of the house. We also installed a second system on the west side of the basement as well.  This was a fairly large square footage for a basement along with some load bearing footers segmenting the area.
