Idaho Radon was contracted to reduce radon levels in this newly constructed 2,300-square-foot home, which was recently placed under contract. Our team completed the project in a single day, effectively encapsulating the crawl space with a 6-mil barrier and installing a fan to depressurize the area.

Idaho Radon was contracted by a realtor with whom we have previously worked on radon mitigation projects. This 2,000 sq. ft. home included approximately 1,000 sq. ft. of basement space. To minimize visual impact, we strategically located the suction point within a bedroom closet on the side of the house, allowing for exterior fan placement on a less visible side wall.

A realtor engaged Idaho Radon to install a radon mitigation system in a duplex that their client was preparing to sell. The installation was completed in a single day and included full crawlspace encapsulation along with the installation of a fan and venting system. Following completion, the average radon level in the building was successfully reduced to below 1.0 pCi/l.
