Basement mitigation on the east side of the house. We also installed a second system on the west side of the basement as well.  This was a fairly large square footage for a basement along with some load bearing footers segmenting the area.

The apartment complex’s property management company conducted radon sampling in one ground-floor unit per building. One unit recorded radon levels exceeding the EPA

action level of 4.0 pCi/L. Idaho Radon installed a sub-slab depressurization system, which successfully reduced the average radon concentration to 0.6 pCi/L.
